I’m about to. I keep a 32 oz. container on the counter and grab a hand full or two, usually a few times a day. At 160 cals. per quarter cup I’m knocking down a few (400) cals. of just those, per day.
I’m thinking of either portioning them out on a per day basis or eliminating all together.
Off and on for a long time. I restarted in January after the holiday season due to weight gain, when I was actually doing x2 72 hour fasts for the first 2 weeks. Then scaled in back to 48s. Next week I’m away on holiday so may get odd 36 in but will pick up again on my return. It is easier the fatter you are. As you lean out it becomes more of a chore, poor sleep especially. Then you can move to an OMAD approach, etc.
