The U.S. White Trash Nation

“better” meaning he makes the world better or he makes himself happier? He seems to be constantly pissed off so: not so happy. He also seems to act like an asshole and come to piss people off. That makes the world better how? Or does he just live up to the american ideal of what a “good” life is?
He is of greater suitability, advisability, desirability, acceptableness, etc… He is also morally superior. Isn’t it obvious?

I’m sure that he would not have needed to ask the questions that you just did. You should strive to be more like him.
Taquito wrote:
Get over yourself. None of us care what your salary or accomplishments are. I’d call bullshit on half of what you say because I doubt that after making a 6 figure salary for a number of years, you’re going to buy a 250k house, especially if your an elitist bastard, as you come off to be.

And why do you give a fuck if I use the fuckin’ work fuck? Fuck You sir. Its a word. An auraly pleasing word at that. I use the word if it suits the situation.

In case you are wondering, I am 15. I use the word fuck because it conveys to my peers that I am so limited by my vocabulary that I am unable to express myself and my emotions in more complex terms.

It suits my goal to not alienate my peers by using a vocabulary that they can not understand, thus triggering a freudian defense mechanism to make fun of me due to feeling belittled by my intelligence. In short I don’t want to be an asshole who feels the need to “show off” my intelligence.

I would like to propose a question. What makes their culture rude? Our language is part of a particular vernacular. It is how we express ourselves. In our culture we feel no need to put up with societally imposed niceties. I have no respect for you having not met you and feel no need to satisfy your insane needs for courtesy.

You also seem to have some sort of problem with “white trash” culture. What makes this so bad: they do not share the same goals in life as you do? They are attempting to obtain happiness. You are attempting to obtain happiness. They think they are taking the best route. You think you are taking the best route. Is there a difference?
ah, an intellectual! first: never said how long i’ve been making six figures, but it’s been several years. second, not all people buy as much house as they can afford, mortgage to the hilt and max out their credit cards. i know. i know. that’s how your parents do it.

but some people buy less house than they can actually afford so that that they can save/invest money for a few years down the road. so then! then can afford really nice stuff. like bigger houses. nicer cars. and things your parents probaby have not considered. things like college educations for their children. i know. i know. that’s stupid. but…hey…to each our own, right?

as for using the word fuck, that’s cool. i use it too. especially when deailng with idiot high-school (or is it junior high) kids. i just usually don’t go out and shout it in public or at little kids.

i enjoy your take. you confirm that the ‘white trash’ nation exists…well…because here you are. and then you ask, ‘what’s wrong with it?’ well…nothing. as long as you stay knee deep in it and other folks - people who work and save and care about being considerate and productive members of society - can stay away from the filth and muck (i.e. you and people like you).

an update for you: i’m builing a new house. and because i bought that relatively inexpensive house six years ago i’ll plop down more than 70% of the purchase price and i’ll have 'er paid off in less than 10 years! unless, people like you and yours start moving in. then i’ll just turn it over and move on up to get away from the foul language and in-breeding.

have fun at vocational school…and tech school…if you get that far.

congrats on using phonics. it don’t spell too good but i got most of your meaning.

It is nice to see grown men put fifteen-year-old children in their places. I cannot understand how you did it. The way you spoke about his future made me think you personally knew him. Can you teach me how to fucking do that?

Anyone else notice that the United States, especially within the last ten years, has become - for lack of a better term - a White Trash Nation.

Dive through your suburban neighborhood. No one can park in their garage because they are usually stuffed full of shit. Trash. Broken furniture. Most folks in these neighborhoods are so lazy and/or stupid that they don’t even attempt to take care of their yards/property. Cut the grass? Once a month! Landscaping? Huh!?! Pull weeds? Yeah, right!

Drive on the highways. Here come Joe NASCAR. He’s crossing 3 lanes at once. He’s going 110. He’s not looking for you or anyone else. He owns the road. He almost forces you and your 2 year old passenger into the guardrail. He gives you the finger for being there, probably for just for being alive.

Go out in public. Anywhere. The zoo? Hear folks talking? Young. Old. No matter. Every other word is ‘fuck’. You can’t get away from it. It’s how we talk now. And we don’t whisper it or censor ourselves. We scream it. That’s freedom, right? Consideration for others? What others!?

Ever walk down the street and no one will move out of your way unless you knock them out of your way? I’ve made a resolution. Ram the bastards. I walk in a straight line. IF some asshole decided he won’t give an inch to let me pass…I ram his ass out of my way.

Average home in my neighborhood is 275K. That’s not enough to keep the shit at bay, though. I’m looking at homes around 450K to get away from them. Keep my familty away from the trash that’s invading the neighborhoods where decent non-alcoholic, non-chainsmoking people with ambitions other than being loaded on the weekends used to live.

Right on Hack. Your biggest critics are probably the worst offenders. Over here in the Northeast, it’s nice to take a trip to Upstate New York to get away from all the fat ass, burger chomping, suv driving, cussers that inhabit the more populated areas. I keep thinking that someday all these fat people and suvs will go away, and that I might be able to laugh about it later when they make a show about it. Much like “That 70s Show”.

I also notice that the same people who can’t fit both cars in the garage, because they have so much crap in there to begin with, are the same ones who have a dog or two. They bark all day and are rarely walked. Where do these people come from?

I for one cannot wait for the die when this trash is rounded up and kicked out of my beautiful country. Or at least, out of my state. Imagine a state where every person agreed with us. Would that not be grand?

Not to mention making himself look like a social and fiscal moron in the process. I can’t imagine what else he’s been doing with his six-figure income (probably vacations and stuff), but I can’t imagine it’s paying the returns that real estate pays.

If he’d invested better, he could have a dumbass neighbor who pays illegal immigrants to mow their lawn instead of a dumbass neighbor who doesn’t even mow it. Still wouldn’t help his whining problem though.

ever hear of blue chip stock? read up on it. it’s a good investment. of course, it’s usually not cheap. so it takes money to make money. look into it. even a fiscal moron like me can make it work!

Wow, you may’ve overheard someone talking about blue chip stocks the last time you went into Starbucks, you really are a proven fiscal winner! Throwing what few and poor buzzwords you know at me isn’t going to change my opinion. The “facts” still stand:

 1. You allege making $150K
 2. You live in a neighborhood surrounded by “white trash” in $275K homes, in a $300K home, and aspire to a neighborhood w/ $450K ones.
 3. You didn’t pay to attend college and you haven’t attended in the last several years.
 4. You claim to own blue chip stocks.

The fact that I have to say this proves to me that you have little clue what you’re talking about, but given #1, #3, and #4, if you were a true fiscal winner, #2 wouldn’t be the case. Most of the people on this board would live much better off on your salary than you do.

Just when I think you’ve posted the stupidest thing ever, you keep posting. So, I’ll do you a favor and stop replying.

The guy is a troll. Other posts on other threads have been equally unintelligent.

His post on the Things Overheard at the Gym thread was pretty funny.

Maybe he just needs a little work on his posts when showing up around here in the Poli forum?

In actuality we have a 10 or 15 year morgage (can’t remember which)on a 800k house. My parents have money set aside to fully pay for bachelors and some of masters. Despite this they expect me to get academic scholorships.

I believe you would actually approve of me if I did not voice my opinions. As far as fulfilling the societal definition of a high class person: I have a 4.1 GPA, my parents are in the 90-95% in earnings, I spend a lot of time researching religions and philosophies, I am a relatively calm person who lives a clean life (Ido not do drugs drink or anything else to harm my body) and I’m in various highschool athletics. I just don’t feel the need to bring this up until it is brought into question.

Thank God you don`t bring that up more often…

So, you don`t drink, smoke weed, curse or have sex?

What the hell is wrong with you?

Plus, everyone studying philosophy and or religion without being seriously shit-faced every now and then does it only half-assed…

I think you are a potential serial killer…

I suppose it is possible. I do curse and my celibacy is not by choice. My point was just because I fit into the sterotype of a “good” kid, does not mean I have to act like one. It also doesn’t mean I have to act like the opposisite of one. I research various philosophies and religions because they interest me. I have a very wierd set of interests.

Now that I think of it, the serial killer aspect is not very possible. While I view violence (including my own) with detachment aggravated manslaughter is more likely or at most a single murder. At times, though rare, violence is the most effective means of changing a situation to your favor and the favor of others. I doubt that I will ever be in a situation where murder will be the most effective choice. The complete removal of a person from a situation is much too permanent. That and the societal and legal consequences must be weighed against the good my actions may cause.

god I hope ironic humor can be sensed over the internet.
