My problem with memes is, that they don’t have counterparts in reality. The structure of the thought of memes presupposes they are like genes, but memes are not like genes, the thought of memes resembles more psychoanalogy.
The main concepts in both of them lack counterparts in reality. It’s a way to see things and there’s the value in it. It’s a mindgame, and thats ok, but it is not a scientific hypothesis. That’s my opinion.

Just so you know ‘jihad’ is an arabic word for struggle, specifically an internal struggle such as a philisophical crisis. It does not mean holy war, specifically; though some Muslims have come to interpret the holy war as the ultimate struggle.
To say that all Muslims are like this would be like comparing all Christians to Mormons, or dirty Baptists.
