I don’t know someone who lifted heavy and didn’t get stronger.

Did you try lifting weights?
Where do these people come from who work out and eat more but don’t gain any strength or muscle…and the reason ISN’T because they train like a baby.
I think this is an interesting study.
There’s a whole other bunch of research showing the genes responsible for criminality, impulse control issues, and other things that separate non-functioning psychopaths from functioning ones.
I even saw one thing where you can send in your blood and they can tell you what percentage neanderthal you are. I’m doing that.

man these scientists should train the entire british olympic team, i’m sure they’d do GREAT with ONLY 3 minutes a week.
