Then tried it. So far it’s very good.
And the 5-HTP- 5-Hydroxytryptophan - Wikipedia helped a lot to get some sleep and related problems straightened out.

I’m so glad you tried it! I RAVE about this stuff to people (well, certain people - and I make it a pretty solid rule to never suggest supplements to anyone unless they ask) and they always scoff it off like it’s nothing. I personally think it could be one of the most beneficial things we can take. I actually just got finished drinking a MAG-10 spiked with some l-theanine before bed.
The best part about it is you buy it in bulk powder form online, it’s pretty damn cheap AND it’s nearly tasteless, so you can mix it into anything with a little flavor. I mix it in MAG-10, my morning iced coffee (IDK if hot coffee would affect it). It’s pretty cheap and convenient to incorporate, I think.
Anyway, glad you liked it, Skyz! If you’re interested in other “chill out” noops, check out bacopa monneri and phosphatidylserine. They don’t provide the same mood boost that theanine does, but they do help relax you quite a bit. Not that you’re sedated, just not stressed.

I have put up 5 does so far and 1 buck with a fucked up jankity rack, probably an inbred.
I am tracking an absolute monster buck. Have seen him for 3 years, but never been able to get a clear shot at him. He is a smart bastard. I mainly hunt for the meat, but I would gladly mount this beast on my wall.
