That’s actually how so much stupid stuff goes down. Most of the homicides here (and probably elsewhere) seem to start with “he got up in my face and I told him to step.” People end up spending the majority of their lives in prison over failure to negotiate an encounter in a parking lot or a house party. Tim Larkin discusses this quite a bit. He is fond of saying that the key to winning a bar fight is to never get into one. You could apply that to any locale where people are drunk and stupid.
The court says its penalties are designed “not primarily to punish a judge, but rather to preserve the integrity of and public confidence in the judicial system” and, when necessary, to remove those who are unfit.

Your trips to White Castle have been more eventful than mine. The only drama I encounter from going to WC occurs about 2 hours after I eat their sliders.
