Dude I think I also did this while squatting a couple of weeks ago. It started bothering me when I came back to the gym to squat after a 2 week break. For me it’s this stiffness/pain on my left side when I extend my lower back. What are you doing to heal it?

Shame about the lockout huh bro? First two weeks gone and a high probability more games will be wiped off the season. You know I think there’s like a 40-50 game limit where they’ll have to start thinking about eliminating the whole season, playoffs included. I just hope it doesn’t get to that.

Weights are too light with dead and squat. Videos of people doing 6,000 reps of a fucking warm up weight are boring. I’d rather see someone go red in the face to grind out 3 heavy reps than some dude rep 195lbs 1,600 times.
