Her social media and all info was scrubbed including her year books immediately after it went public who she was. There is a story and someone screen shot her year books and they tell some interesting stories of a group of girls that enjoyed parties. So apparently being assaulted didn’t stop her from party’s and getting hammered later down the road. This is according to her yearbooks that we’re hidden.
How do you scrub a yearbook? Whose yearbooks are online? It’s a yearBOOK, not a website. Did someone go and confiscate every yearbook from every classmate of hers? Do people actually think when they read stories online?
There were copies online I’m assuming put there by the all girls elitist school (as she called Kavanaugh school elitist) she attended. Of course there are physical copies and republicans have a copy but they didn’t use it because they feared back lash by actually asking her questions instead of what we saw the prosecutor do they brought in.
And you believe any liberal politically motivated woman at the 11th hour who can’t remember anything yet can remember everything?

Also I’d be very open to believe her if there was any kind of evidence presented. Including her therapist notes where she claims she talked openly about it years ago. Honestly if those were brought up and were found to be legitimate I’d honestly fully believe her. Because simply they’d place a timeline well before the nomination where she was making these accusations and it’d really establish something more solid than last minute accusations and a political set up. Maybe if the FBI looks at these notes and finds he credible they won’t have to be released to congress where they’d surely be leaked immediately to the press. Although I can’t say that the fbi won’t leak them anyways as they’ve gotten good at that.
I’m the opposite. If she claimed to remember how she got there, the date, and more trivial details I would think she were lying. That’s not how memory works.
I’m mid-40’s, so not as old as Ford/Kavanaugh. I have vivid memories of certain events in my HS and middle school years. The way memories work is that during emotionally charged events you record a pretty vivid recollection. As an example, I can remember in 7th grade (maybe 8th) a boy that came up in the bathroom and punched me in the ribs (he was the school bully). I don’t remember if it was at recess or between classes, I don’t remember if I rode my bike to school that day, and I don’t remember how I got home after school. But I remember 100% who it was and that it happened.
If Ford could remember those types of trivial details, I would think she were a liar and making the incident up.

People don’t generally waste time refuting those kinds of statements. They’re universally made by small minded people, and who really cares about what a small minded person thinks. Especially an anonymous keyboard warrior

Do you remember whether you entered the bathroom to go “one,” or “two?” Do you remember the approximate amount of whichever it was, or the amount of time it took to rid your body of it? Remembering those details would seem similar to specifically remembering drinking “one beer,” to me.
“One beer” just strikes me as being a number made up to make believable the idea that she’d gone to a beer-drinking gathering without being enough to call into question her memory of the event.
Sure sure you’re correct I shouldn’t have pointed those things out. And I do apologize and I’ll leave the thread but just remember if we create a world where ppl can make accusations and we condemn the accused without evidence and based on we believe the person because we have motive to that will bleed over past politics. Our children will suffer eventually.
Like I said if they find evidence that he’s been guilty of this then no I don’t want him as SCOTUS. If nothing can be found then there’s no reason other than politics why he shouldn’t be.
I’d agree this is the least credible part of her account.

If he has been unjustly accused…you BET Kavanaugh had reason to be angry.
I just don’t think that the partisan swipes (the Clinton’s/the Left-wing conspiracy stuff); and the “Trump-like” demeanor; helped his cause.
We’ll see.
