Fwiw, I have family back in WV that bought into the birther movement. The level of mouth breather with people that bought into that is actually kinda impressive. Really drives home the concept that perception drives reality

His left. He does appear to have either a mild right exotropia (eye turned out), or what we eye geeks call ‘wide angle kappa,’ in which the eyes are slightly turned out but the retinas are in alignment. Eli Manning is my go-to example of wide angle kappa:
Also, it doesn’t help that he (not Manning; the guy from the thread) has right-sided ptosis (ie, the right upper lid is too low).
