The Stupid Thread 2 (Part 1)

It’s not about giving Muslims a pass and I completely agree it’s real and a threat. But why draw the line there? Why not ban people from all countries from coming in? After all they could potentially be killers.

Alabama.

Somehow, I just ran across this…

haha … I showed this to my wife last night (I’ve known about this for a while) for the first time. Her first reactions was, “Is this serious? Is this a skit from Kids in the Hall?”

I have mixed feelings about it honestly - on the one hand, they’re active. On the other hand, I mean - did you watch the video?

Do they still have the Darwin Awards? If so, I think we have a winner.

Yes. However, this guy can’t win, because he is still alive.

Actually, the point of the Darwin Award is to remove your stupidity from the gene pool.

Most do it by getting themselves killed… But there are exceptions.

Well, our esteemed Senator / Senator woman and Congressman / Congresswoman keep breeding like rats, they never, ever die. Amazing how they can continually dodge Darwinism.

"But the reality is that most states already allow for reciprocity agreements with other states, and federal law also already prohibits violent criminals, abusers and stalkers from having guns, the Fact Checker wrote"

An extra stupid should be added because she commit a felony via tweet and will NEVER see the inside of a jail cell for it. GJ 'Murica. Way to apply those laws across the board.

An even extra-er stupid b/c she didn’t think what she was doing was a felony until a Boston Globe reported pointed her to the law. She’s a HYOOOOGE sack of shit and I wonder why she still makes the news at all. Even for this absolutely dumb shit (granted it’s from DailyWire and Shapiro is a shameless self promoter … nttawwt)

Question. Is it truly a felony if it was said in jest by a comedian? I’m sure you could file charges, but what jury would convict?

“Offering bribes” is a crime, you don’t actually have to pay the bribe though.

Read it again, she said the words “no shit” and “cash”. So it’d be tough to argue it was a joke… there’s literally no upside in prosecuting her though.

That would certainly be an escalation in the war on the media and hollywood. If they didn’t file charges on Cathy Griffin for the bloody head, I doubt they’ll go after Rosie. Rosie could argue that her tweet was her 1st amendment protected “art” as a comedian. Just like Cathy argued the head was art.

“Head” is art…

Not from Griffin it isn’t.

Sure there is. It would show the country that rich people and famous people aren’t immune to laws, as they clearly are today.

LOL. Agreed. But Griffin on Trump? -that would be “Performance Art”!

I find that hard to swallow.

I doubt anyone took it seriously - I mean, per se, she could be brought up on charges, but you’d have to get a grand jury to indict. I doubt any reasonable grand jury would indict. If they did, I’d think they were just as big of morons as Betty Rubble over there.
