Thatās more or less my understanding of the policy, yes. Take money from taxpayers and hand it directly to the worst people you can find. Just give it to them directly, no need to bother with shady contracts, embezzlement schemes and other antiquated ways of stealing taxpayer money.

I remember being robbed and watching the robber use my money in the manner he wished. He seemed to use it for pretty good causes most of the time. I had a heart attack and considered asking him to let me have some of my money back to pay for medical care; but I decided not to do that, because I oppose robbery and didnāt want to use money that had been stolen.
