everyone here is criticising the original poster, but nobody here has reported on their own findings. I’m curious about other people’s test results.
OK, did some research and seems that the ingredients are common place and nothing special except that stemulite is expensive.

this is my first post, i obviously have no clue what i am doing to gain muscle and lose body fat. spent 5 years in the marines and all i know is how to run a lot and lift weights but as far as nutrition i dont know shit.
i see posts on all kinds of products but how the hell do i know who to trust. also if i am gona take any BS products why waiste my time on long term use of GNC products that will do the same damage as if i was to use steriods for a 12 week cycle?
whre can i go for some real advice on nutrition how often to work out each body part and what to take. you read all these magazines but if you havent noticed they are getting tips from pro bodybuilders that weight around 300 lbs and have to eat 6000 calories to keep their muscle but what about a 180 lbs 6’1 person who tends to put body fat on faster than building muscle?

What? I honestly don’t know what your post was trying to say.
From the last paragraph though, gaining muscle is not too complicated, eat more and lift stuff.

Well, I thought this post was fairly easy to comprehend.
Who can you trust? Well, certainly no one on a forum… at least at first. Everyone on every forum is a pro who trains like a beast and eats like a beast … once you stick around a while, you’ll see who the quality posters are.
The best place to start is to just start (no sarcasm). Just google weightlifting or bodybuilding routine and you’ll get a ton of routines. Pick out an easy one (meaning a few compound lifts for each day you hit the gym with a few isolated exercises to complement) - do it for 6-8 weeks and adjust from there. A good starter routine might just be the Body For Life routine. Something that jsut gets you in the habit of going.
As far as eating … just eat “clean.” Whole foods, lean proteins and complex carbs. If you’re serious about your body, you’ll need to get an idea of what you’re putting into it. I recommend fitday.com … it’s free and let’s you plan out your meals. I use calorieking.com ~$75 when i bought it and I like it. I thought Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle e book was pretty informative from a newbie perspective, but all your nutrition information can be found on the internet… it just takes a little hard research.
And for supplementation - start out simple: Daily Vitamin (I use Opti-Men), Creatine monohydrate (I just have a tub of GNC stuff), and Glutamine (I use Optimum Nutrition’s glutamine). You don’t have to use what I do, I am sure there are cheaper alternatives out there. After you do some research on all the different products (BCAAs, NO products, Test Boosters, etc) add them one at a time to see what works for you.
The thing is, you just have to start somewhere and do your research as you go (either reading articles here, at bodybuilding.com, or just via the internet.) Lifting (at least for me) is a continuous learning experience.
There’s NO WAY this crap is worth one dollar per capsule. For that money you could do a steroid cycle.
