OK guys come after me if you want. I despise NAMBLA, and pedophilia in general. My first job out of law school was as a prosecutor assigned solely to sexual crimes and crimes against children. I’ve seen and worked first hand with victims of abuse, and violent sexual assaults. I’ve called children as young as 4 years old to the witness stand and fought to have them qualified as competent to testify. Having said all that,ACLU does not advocate against children, or civility. They advocate for the preservation of principles which sometimes lead to disgusting displays. As I recall there was a black lawyer a couple of years back defending some Klan guy, I’m sure he didn’t love the Klan, but he seemed to love the princple that allows everyone a fair trial. The ACLU would equally defend the rights of blacks to hate whites, as they would the rights of whites to hate blacks. They don’t adopt a position other then the defense of freedom, including the right to be free to be a disgusting piece of shit.
