At least you are not making lame excuses and are getting there to grind some training out. That’s something in itself–I hope things get better for you soon[/quote]

Good work out

Hey Pistol, just found your log.
Inspiring to see you get in and grind every day - feeling good or not.
And the weight are going great too! I have the same deadlift as you (although probably not as easy as you do it) and am also aiming for 500. And I want a 225 push press.

Anyhow mate - good work and keep on keeping on; no sign of a plateau anywhere yet!

My Deads felt strong…which makes me wonder why my squats were weak the way they were. Weird.

Your bench and squat strength are in proportion. It’s your dead that makes them look weaker, dont sweat it man, your a strong mofo.

I was speaking on my squat being weak on that particular day. I was planning doing 325 for 2 and couldnt…It just felt weak. But my glutes and hammies felt strong on the Romanian deads. I dont know if that made sense or not. Im over analyzing. Its what I do. You got sucked into my sick world and got confused.

I woke more sore today than I have been in a long time after this work out. I notice my energy never tapers off in my workouts any more. I got to make myself stop. I am assuming this is from the Beta 7 Im taking. Awesome supplement.

I am taking as follows

Beta 7
Flame Out
Alpha Male
Rhodoila Rosea
Super Food
ZMA
Creatine
Natural Whey
Natural Caisen

I just realized Im addicted to Bio Test. I have an addictive personality. But at least Im addicted to putting good shit in my body instead of the bad now. My body has never looked better{I got a six pack for the first time in my life} or felt stronger. My relative strength is the best its ever been. Im pumped. I cant wait to get back in the gym. Unfortunately my work schedule is brutal right now and very physically demanding. I should be back on track by Thursday. In the mean time Im trying to put as much protein and healthy food in my gut as possible.

I had a brutal work week which has thrown my training off for the past week.

I thought I might go for a personal record today…but I struggled with 435. Hopefully I will get back on track next week.
