Nah, no loose skin, at least none that I’ve seen. I went to 215 last time, and everything tightened back up. Never been 230 before, I hope nothing hangs loose…even when I’m at a low bf % I still have that round ass though, so that probably limits any loose skin.
Yeah, my metabolism is pretty hefty…when I was 187 @10.5% I was around 2900 kcals per day. I mean who knows, maybe I’ll go below 3200. I’m just going to get down to that this time and see what happens. I’ve never been below 9% bf before, but I’m aiming for that this time. I’m also paranoid about losing any muscle I’ve gained. I know it goes along with a cut, but I don’t want to overdo it and carve off too much muscle. I work hard to build it, be a shame to lose it. So when I cut I’m probably overly conservative.
When you cut how low do you go on calories?
For my final step in the cut here’s my regular days :
Calories: 3357
Fat : 153
Sat Fat: 41
Carbs : 222
Fiber : 41
N. Carbs: 181
Protein : 282
And on conditioning days:
Calories: 2933
Fat : 180
Sat Fat: 44
Carbs : 87
Fiber : 31
N. Carbs: 56
Protein : 248
