The Renegade Diet

Thanks for the tips. There has been a few moment during the day when I have felt a little light headed/fatigued, and lately I have been waking up feeling tired even if I have had 8 plus hours of sleep(although that may have go something to do with some emotional issues I am dealing with atm).

I will see how I go, but I may have to eat a it more, especially in the first “under-eating phase”.

Decided to add some more calories into the mix?

12:00pm: 3 eggs and 2 egg whites. P: 27 C: 0 F: 15

2:30pm: protein shake, macadamia nuts and an apple. P: 35 C: 30 F: 30

5:00pm: tuna, rice and peas. P: 35 C: 45 F:15

7:15pm: grass fed t-bone steak, 3 beef sausages, baked sweet potato, salad. P: 70 C: 75 F: 45

TOTAL MACROS:
P: 170 C: 150 F: 95
Evaluation: Expecting to feel stronger and perform better with the extra food. I had lost about 2 kgs of body weight within 10 days of starting this diet. As I am already relatively lean I have decided that rate of weight loss is far too high. Total fat is a little too high, so I might have to consider dropping the nuts maybe every 2nd or 3rd day. I love them too much to get rid of them totally.
