** Hells yea on the bench today – very solid PR for me! I know it’s not huge compared to what some people around here put up but I’ve always sucked at bench I feel like I’m FINALLY progressing. Did some Thibs’ style assistance work today and then some work in the higher rep ranges (was going to rep out the rows on the last set but my grip felt off so I just called it at 12 solid reps). Feeling really good about the past couple weeks of training…

Well I’m now officially moved. I have managed to get in my last 4 workouts over the past week and still set several PR’s despite all the tumult in my personal life. I’ll just list some of the highlights

Front squat – 240*9

OH Press – 170*7

Bench – 230*6

Oh and i got my fat-gripz so I’ve been using those on all my pressing movements and I love them so far.
