The Push to 2020 Has Begun!

Ok, so you prefer Trump’s policies and your main driver is saying “fuck you” to the PC, SJW crowd. The prophet Michael Moore prophesized this in 2016. It may happen again this year. But my money’s on Biden.

I’d have to agree.

A Trump victory would necessitate a re-thinking of how our world really works LOLLL!

A popular man until he dared to take aim at the hypocrisy of the “green” movement. “Green” pretty much in terms of dollars going into fat fingered, grubby, disease spreading hands…

He was(is?) quite a dishonest documentary filmmaker tbh. Fahrenheit 911 was just cheap and an obvious money grab by churning out something controversial during a fear-filled post 911 era but Bush bashers loved it. I have never had any respect for that dude. Not that I liked Bush either.

You thought the Guiliani video editing was bad? I can almost write a book breaking down Fahrenheit 911.

So, voting for Trump to spite your fellow Americans? Sounds like a typical Trump voter to me. Just embrace it.

Let’s not be modest. We’ve f’d up plenty in the middle east.

Vaguely remember watching one of Moore’s "documentary"s with some friends.

An ivory tower edumacation combined with a few more decades has made me extremely cynical.

Almost forgot to mention -yeah, the scuttlebutt was Jobs’ cancer was highly treatable, which made his decision to go “alternative medicine” absolutely mind boggling to the medical community. (not my field, close buddy)

Because “we”, “tried”.

I do, luv.

Different strokes I guess. I hope Biden wins, but I won’t take any pleasure in my Trump-supporting friends’/family’s/co-workers’ pain if he does.

Yeah, he was diagnosed early from what I also heard from a doctor friend. I read about the prognosis for the middle to later stages in Internetland and I think he was scared shitless if he did his own “research”. It’s a great example of fear and blind faith being great drivers for stupid decisions. And it wasn’t a single, dumb act. He did it for months.

The dude wasn’t even a Jack Ma type salesman. Jack Ma has self-professed to have “never written a single line of code” and a lot of his success has to do with the CCP’s backing but he’s obviously a really smart guy.

And Jack Ma believes in Tai Chi with the qi part included so he’s really practicing that charlatan nonsense known as qigong(for people who don’t know what this is, it’s like reiki but you can make people move while standing 6 feet away from them with the power of your qi. No, I’m not making this shit up. Google it.).

Jobs was an actual engineer, albeit a shitty one from what I’ve read, but he understood the tech and how to motivate/coerce(lol) his people into coming up with amazing new tech and he was a marketing genius.

Geniuses can be really fucking unbelievably irrational.

The Lord only gives with one hand…or something like that. (not “religious”).

(qigong -how people who don’t want to experience real martial arts pretend they’re better, just like new ways to build muscle LOL)

I once saw a training video for ‘congruent exercise’ and all I could think was congruent to what?

Oh noooo qigong isn’t even a “martial art”. That’s taichi, The chi in taichi isn’t the same chi in qigong. “qi” is in Mandarin. It would be “hei gong气功” in Cantonese(you’re probably well versed in it right?). This is mystical fantasy bullshit. Taichi is a made up word for Westerners cos the Mandarin word sounds gay. It’s actually taiji in mandarin(see? Gay as fuck lol) although it sounds similar in Cantonese (taigik) but it sounds like crap.

The fucking charlatans set up clinics and act like they’re using their qi to cure people. People with cancer go to them for consultations. Cost me over 10k USD when my grandmother consulted one for a bone problem that could have been treated with a simple course of antibiotics but she delayed going to a real doctor until it got bad enough to require an operation to scrape the bone.

EDIT:

No, wait. It was a lot more. The 10K was because she was taking some fucking alternative medicine herb which made her jaundiced and they warded her to conduct a fuckload of tests because they suspected liver cancer. It just WENT AWAY ON IT’S OWN.

A buddy of mine had a wife (ex soon), an official chinese medicine doctor (Bay Area of course), who believed that exercise that led to sweating was excessive (I kid you not). Gave him the excuse he needed to give up going to the gym and lifting weights. One of her mentors was a black dude who went by a chinese sounding name, and had a beer belly. You can’t make this shit up.

I actually have respect for taichi and believe it has benefits; definitely great for old people. Qigong? -the air part fits LOL. Doctor buddy’s wife’s sister got her into it; seminars in Asia and everything; we both keep our yaps shut… (I once accidentally saw her doing it, very briefly; she was in what can best be described as a jellyfish pose)

I know in the Bay Area at least, they make sure to ask about any “alternative” medicines for potential surgical patients, not just standard western medicines. Lessons learned heh.

LOL.

Yeah, my mother does it everyday because yoga was too taxing for her. But as a martial art? I wanna see someone do Muay Thai in his late 60s for health reasons.

My definition is, if you go to observe a sparring class, and your adrenaline doesn’t rise and you’re not “scared”, it’s not a martial art.

Not Muay Thais specifically, but I slapped myself in the head to stop deceiving myself, and quit in my very early 40s.

Same. I’m in Kansas and know far more Trump fans than Biden. I’m definitely hoping Trump loses because I believe he’s nuts but I’m not rubbing it in anyone’s faces that I know in real life. That seems like a really childish lame thing to do. Some people I know are super invested in the idea behind Trump and are going to be crushed emotionally if he loses. Not only have I not told them where I stand politically I certainly won’t be piling on them and kicking them when they are down. This is the only place I “argue” or discuss politics anyways.

That’s partially why I want Trump to lose anyways. I don’t think he attempts to bring people together at all. I don’t think Biden will be anywhere near as divisive. I couldn’t imagine Biden saying coronavirus cases would be low if you remove blue states.

Why? Roundhouse kicks to the head don’t increase longevity?

No, but maybe I shouldn’t have stopped, because then I could understand 2020 better (back on topic bwahahahah).
