Trump is the incumbent, she’s a political nobody.
Nice strawman. I never said he was the only problem. In fact I’ve been very vocal about a LOT of people being problems. You know that.
Secretary Clinton is a nobody? That sounds like wishful thinking on your part.
She has tons of power and influence in the DNC and you know it.
Former Secretary Clinton. She doesn’t hold an office, unlike that guy in the WH who’s pretty vocal about not conceding.
Trump didn’t say he will refuse to concede, he said ‘we’ll see’ depending on what happens. With the mail-in voting debacle, realistically outside of a landslide it wouldn’t make sense to concede or declare victory unless you’re certain.
Trump has also said, that if he is wrong about BLM being a marxist organization then he will lose the election.
The best case scenario for this election is a landslide for either side on Nov. 3rd. Then there is no question.
It begs the question why are democrats changing the rules in the middle of the election. It’s one thing to offer a mail-in option. It’s another to completely switch over to mail-in balloting with out a in person option.
Especially in the face of overwhelming evidence that mail-in voting is massively fucked up, either on purpose or happenstance. It’s just not secure.
It sounds like the game is being rigged and Trump is not the one who is doing that.
That’s Double-Speak at it’s worst, and you know it, @pat…
Trump has clearly stated that the only way he could lose is because the whole election process is a fraud.
So what is Trump going to do…do the “Christian” thing, turn the other cheek, and congratulate Biden on his fraudulent win?
Please…
And so it begins.
He’ll probably pull a Gore.
He really doesn’t.
Where is in-person not an option?
Let’s see your “overwhelming evidence.” I’ll wait.
Someone will need to alert Biden he’s a communist. From Moody’s:
A victory for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, a Democratic takeover of the Senate and defense of the party’s House majority in the November elections would be the best outcome for the U.S. economy, according to an analysis released Wednesday by Moody’s Analytics.
In an analysis of potential Election Day outcomes based on the economic proposals of President Trump and Biden, Moody’s found that a Democratic sweep would bring the quickest return to full employment, highest number of jobs added and best rebound in economic growth.
Hard to believe a multi-bankrupt “businessman” who grossly mismanaged the pandemic wouldn’t have a strong plan for economic growth, but hey, 2020, man.
Bonus: Biden is the worst socialist I’ve ever seen.
Of course it’s double speak, as intended. Just like, Hitlery saying Biden should concede under anycircumstances by saying ‘Oh, well she’s not important.’ That’s also doublespeak, because yall all know it’s bullshit. The Clintons are top tier DNC pundits and officials. Now you try to play like she’s nothing, but she’s doing stuff like this:
The question that should have been asked was not. The question that should have been asked, is “If the election was conclusively won and legally verified legitimate, would you engage in a peaceful transfer of power?” I.E. close the ends of the question.
With all the voter fraud, uncounted, missing, excluded ballots you know neither side will concede until there is something solidly verifiable to go on. As well, they shouldn’t.
Do you really think Biden will concede under shaky circumstances? Of course not. He already has 600 lawyers ready to go. That tells me he’s not going to peacefully concede the election. Imagine having 600 lawyers working for you.
So let’s not play games. You know this is just a MSM smear, like many others to lay the ground work for a contested election. The democrats are the ones trying to change election rules mid-cycle to an untested, unreliable and what has already proven to be disastrous mail-in voting issues.
Estimates as high as 500,000 mail-in votes were rejected just in the primaries.
Let’s just agree that unless the election is a blow-out in either direction, that neither will concede.
The Hill? Are you kidding me? I read the Hill too, to get my crazy left-wing perspective of the day.
Yeah, sure and there are no riots, only peaceful protests. Just don’t look at the 34 dead bodies as a result. Don’t pay attention to the fact that Biden’s campaign staff paid bail for rioters. Don’t pay attention to Kamala raising money to bail “peaceful protests”. Just keep your eye’s forward and only believe the MSM and you will be fine.
Of course, Sylvan Lane has always been of the highest journalistic integrity and a great enconomist above all else. /sarcasm
Zandi and Yaros are the same guys who said this:
I bet you think that is incorrect.
How about you read the campaign itself, then tell me it’s not socialist.
https://apps.npr.org/documents/document.html?id=6983111-UNITY-TASK-FORCE-RECOMMENDATIONS
Of course you’ll say its not socialist, but changing definitions doesn’t change reality.
Nooo, wait! Damn Trump is throwing out ballots for himself!
No wait, I know what the narrative is. “It’s only 9 ballots.” They only don’t matter when they are not your ballots, otherwise 9 are clearly disposable. Oh, and there are no issues with mail-in ballots, lets just be clear.
The Hill was simply relaying info from a (non-partisan) Moody’s report (in a PDF you can read). Good God, man - you’ve beclowned yourself beyond redemption.
Do you have any opinion on the actual contents of the report?
Seriously. You’re one post away from being NickViar at this point.
The thing is, people who have lived under right wing(that can be easily mistaken for left wing) authoritarianism tethering on the edge of totalitarianism with flagrantly obvious State Corporatism can smell this in Trump if we take his words, and some of his actions, at face value.
I am NOT saying this is true about Trump at all and from what I understand about the US Constitution, he wouldn’t get his way even if it were true. I kinda like the guy even though I’m not sure that he’s fit to be President*. Plus, I’m benefitting financially from his beef with China so I’m pretty cool with him at the moment.
All I’m saying is there are reasonable rationales for different people to have different perspectives even if they aren’t totally valid.
*Disclaimer: I’ve not been following the US elections this year so I have no idea if reports about Biden’s diminishing mental capacity are true and I don’t care for 15sec edited clips of him looking and sounding senile, just like I don’t care for the same kind of edited clips taking Trump’s words out of context.
Nevada tried to push mail-in only, until the populous revolted. Currently Sisolak is facing a recall petition. States who I know have attempted it are NJ, Oregon, California. I know there are some more.
These moves will fail because they are unconstitutional, but they tried it.
Why don’t you check out the success of wide spread mail-in voting say in NY, Pennsylvania, and California.
So your answer is to mock me? I take it as then you concede the point since you didn’t have an argument against it.
“Beclown” lol… Was that on your ‘word of the day’ calendar?
You’re one step away from being a pedo\ child porn enthusiast like zecarlo…
(See, I can play that game too.)
Oh man, you have to see him in action. Don’t take my word for it watch him live. Especially if he dares to take pre-written audience questions. There is a reason he is not allowed to talk for more than 12 minutes, save for extreme circumstances. I still seriously doubt there will be a debate at all, but just watch if there is.
So my prediction, if there is a debate, is, Biden will come out swinging. Wallace will lob some softballs at both candidates to warm them up. Biden is going to lob every accusation under the sun at Trump and he’s going to look ok. He Will hold hos own, at first. Then it will continue and here will fatigue. By the end of the night, his audio will be barely discernable. BUT, FEAR NOT! Magically, there are going to be technical problems. His mike won’t work, his podium will fall over, something ‘unexpected’ will most certainly happen as Biden begins to lose his shit. And then, the technical glitches will be blamed on Trump’s team and claims he sabatoged the debate…
Its going to be nauseatingly predictable, yet entertaining.
