The Push to 2020 Has Begun!

Bingo. Now this is true and fair never Trump material. The things he ended up saying about PoWs in his attacks on McCain were absolutely appalling.

Could not agree more. The way some of these guys have been treated is horrendous. I understand that this is life and it’s far from perfect, but I really feel that nobody should feel abandoned like that. Particularly a veteran.

But you literally just noted its existence as an example of hated Marxism above?

Uh, what?

I don’t think children should be denied healthcare due to their parents’ actions.

There are other citizens that need the help that a country should provide - veterans, mentally challenged, and such.

You (my assumption) and l don’t need to be be directed in how we provide healthcare or not for ourselves

I agree with the embarressment of not caring but do think the problems with the VA come from incompetence. We could blame the doctors, the patients, or the system these two meet.

Patients - an obvious no
Doctors - a maybe as in hiring tired, below average. I can’t speak to this with data
System - govt doesn’t care, too few facilities, too cheap of payscale to attract talent,
lets bureauacracy take precedence over healing

Im going with poorly run system as highest % of reason.

Extreme amount of corruption among “VA leaders”. Know an agent with the VA’s Inspector General Investigative unit. She states the amount of USG funds stolen, embezzled, or simply wasted is in the millions every year. Human trash at their finest, profiting from the injured, sick, and mentally broken vets. Makes that kill rage start glowing behind the eyes.

Former employee was a Vietnam combat vet and had ongoing heart issue.
Couldn’t get in for 6 months after having a series of flairups and died from a heart attack while waiting.

Maybe he would have passed, but sitting and waiting… no good reason for that.

And they get away with it because they are all crooks.

De Blasio’s, the mayor of NYC, wife has no job. The mayor’s wife is not a paid position. Yet, she has a staff of 15 people. Many of them have six figure salaries. Who pays them? Obviously the tax payers but specifically, which department pays them? There is no budget for the mayor’s wife so their salaries are paid from the budgets of other departments like the dept of health. It’s a sneaky way to get people on the govt payroll without any oversight.

His wife was put in charge of ThriveNYC, an agency that was supposed to deal with drug abuse and mental health issues. She was not to be paid. They can’t account for over 800 million dollars. How does a person who has no background in public health or running an agency with a billion dollars to spend, get into that position? And of course, where is the money? These people are also communists (literally) but they only believe in it for the plebs.

Ask Betsy DeVos.

Why does the VA system even exist? Seems it would be more efficient (and therefore cheaper) to just give vets comprehensive, zero deductible health Insurance that was good at any healthcare provider in the country, as opposed to trying to run an entirely separate parallel healthcare system just for vets.

Not only is she completely unqualified but she also comes off as being rather stupid in general.

Meanwhile, amidst the Cult 45 member’s tries and failures to tag Biden as some vehicle for “The Radical Left!!1!”, Trump has retweeted and praised the electoral successes of an unrepentant QAnon devotee in GA and far-right bigot Lara Loomer.

This is Trump’s GOP - and don’t take my word for it, read his tweets praising her victory.

What a twat. Among those migrants are women and children. Some are escaping literal slavery. She probably imagines some “military age” Arabs from the Middle East when she reads migrants.

Add to that the members of the coast guards and navies of the European nations there risk their lives trying to rescue migrants.

And in other news, Trump attacked Goodyear on Twitter and said everyone should boycott their tires. Their sin? A ban on MAGA hats and allowance of BLM messaging on clothing - but Goodyear says that policy didn’t come from corporate.

We’ll set aside the stupidity of attacking one of swing state Ohio’s biggest employers - here we have a President attacking a private company on Twitter with the sole goal of destroying the value of the enterprise.

Let’s hear it “conservatives” - let’s hear the defense (even though it would have been fascism under Obama)?

Goodyear supplies bulletproof tires for the Presidential limo and secret service cars.

I’m obviously obligated to buy non-Goodyear tires next go-round. Trump leads the way on all things. I bought Goodyear tires one set ago. These losers at the tire store told me they would last for sixty thousand miles of All-Terrain Adventure. They did not, and let me tell you something, that tire store will have ratings worse than CNN, my people assure me of this. They should be ashamed for selling those tires that wore out long before I had the chance to enjoy an all-terrain adventure.

Pathetic!

Thanks anyway. If you know of anyone with an original thought and a genuine concern that the President shouldn’t use the office to target private businesses, send 'em my way. You’re obviously not up to the task. Have fun with Real Housewives or whatever.

I’m not that versed in legal matters, but I’m pretty sure that Trump saying to buy tires elsewhere is an impeachable offense.

If you know any other candidates who can even find the office, send 'em my way.

It doesn’t bug you that a sitting president is using his office to attempt to harm the value a private company because of a personal issue he has with them?
