The Protein is Too Damn High

The author seemed to take editing liberties in that article, mentioning everything from protein to dmaa. The shakes quote seems out of context to me and could’ve been regarding dmaa supplementation, yet the kid later mentioned cutting back shakes too. I think maybe the author did some splicing there.

I guess someone had something other then protein in his system cause it doesn’t do that to me or anyone I know. What bad cover. Blame the protein …bhahahahahahahahaha!

Are you not clear on this?? Its fun to take things out of context and use them to further a half-truth/lie just like the author of the article.

Protein rage??[/quote]

There’s more than just protein in a powder. he might well have been sensitive to an ingredient, possibly caffeine.
It doesn’t get specific at all, does it?

IF someone is buying protein with caffeine in it, they’re doing it wrong.

“Bravo! is currently researching and testing Slammers® Energy Milk, which is expected to combine the goodness of milk in a beverage that provides twice the energy of the leading energy drink. Flavors in development include vanilla, coffee and chocolate.”

Fortunately (?) it seems that was a major marketing failure and they’re out of business.
