First of all ty for the positive replies, and for not blasting me for what a bad idea this is (I am aware).

If it’s working for you it can’t be a bad idea can it! I think if you can getaway with doing the same lifts day after day and recover then carry on doing it. There’s plenty of people on here who aren’t 5/3/1 “fanatics”, we just tend to be a little less vocal. Did notice a bit of a discrepancy between the weight you can bench (very impressive by the way) and what you use for squats and deads though!
Yeah my DL and Squat are awful, I blame back surgery in '06 and having my ankle fused in '07 (and 5 knee surgeries, let’s not forget about them) but really I’m just lazy, Years of neglect+laziness+good excuses = shitty numbers. I am hoping to turn that around though, it’s just that squatting and deadlifting is really hard
Epic workout (for time anyway) 87 Minutes, not sure what took so long because I sure as hell did not want to be there at all today. I found myself considering ab work today, after shaving my beard I realized that bearded I look like a tough guy biker, after shaving I look like a gigantic sweaty baby, so maybe this baby should have abs. Then I realized that if I got down on the floor for ab work I would need assistance to get back up. I comfort myself knowing that my abs will be clearly visible during my autopsy.
Not a lot of reps, but a lot of waiting in between which means 63 minutes and out the door, “forgot” MP as shoulders are still sore from doing that on Thursday, counted dl’s as ab work any set over 3 as cardio.

BAM!!! And he’s off! He’s outta the gate with a 405 bench!!!
Lots of heavy drinking, scratched, scarred, popping, snapping, swearing, burping, farting, heavy lifting, smashing, and good times here-- but enough about the O35 women.
Welcome to the freakshow. You’ll get used to the subtle wafting odeur of “Bio-Freeze” and “Ben Gay”.
If you’re not going to do it, I think that there’s an understanding here that you’re supposed to bow your head and genuflect when you hear the phrase “5-3-1” <bows head, genuflects> or someone mentions “Jim Wendler” <bows head, genuflects>
Military press is overrated. don’t need to do it if you bench in a shirt. I still cannot fathom benching squatting and dling day after day. but it seems to be working.
I am to stupid to properly operate a video camera, upside down, backwards at one point, but here I am 14 hours after last bench workout, my tummy needs a tan.
Oh I forgot to ask for guidance, it’s a bad angle I know (upside down) but advice on hand placement, pace etc. I was trying to arch (I have been a very flat bencher and the arch felt very odd and unstable, plus my belly was hanging out) so any advice is appreciated.
54 minutes and out the door, going to do Olympic Lifts for a couple weeks to see how they feel, video of those should be high comedy and may be used by the police to determine my cause of death (I am guessing blunt trauma to head from failed snatch)
