Yes, finally squatting again, able to work around hip pain with these which is prominent when there is stress at the bottom of the movement, making box squats pretty much perfect. Really shocked at how little strength I have lost, despite the fact that these are somewhat easier than free squats.

No abs, this was a baller ass workout, it is so fun to use heavy ass weight (at least for me) on the squat. Been working in a warehouse in the city, and I hit my knee with a stone slab that probably weighed about 100 lbs. so this is a definite victory.

Have been doing exercise bike after each lift because I stopped running to try and fix my hip/groin

Started phase 4 on monday and just decided it was time for a deload, my body is tired and I have a couple injuries that need healing. I did work up to 225 x 5 on bench and today 405 x 1 on squat

I shut it down during the season because I was busy and doing team lifting and what not, but I am going to do a 5 week training cycle before I start doing my coach’s program. I broke my fibula during the season and had a pretty bad mcl sprain so I am also dealing with recovering from those. I will post my first session of the cycle later tonight.

Alright day, squats felt good although the knee was tight. Glad to reset cleans just to build up easy. Been having some health problems non lifting related recently plus had to travel on sunday so not surprised my stamina was a little down which is why the curls went down. Fine workout. Bought a motorcycle, merry christmas to me! It is being delivered 2moro. Will get the bench workout up soon.
