Goat’s Milk Chocolate Chip 
I’ve never tried goat’s milk, but it supposedly contains probiotics and digestive enzymes, a little CLA, and a few other good things that give it a hoof up on cow’s milk. So, why not?
For flavor, I couldn’t tell the difference in the ice cream. Dani said she noticed a slight, but not unpleasant, twang.
Now, I did go with low-fat, so it was a bit icy/grainy/powdery after the initial spin. This is what any ice cream looks like when it needs a re-spin:
So, I added a tablespoon of half 'n half, gave it a re-spin, then mixed in dark chocolate chips. The result:
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces low-fat goat’s milk
- Two scoops MD Protein, vanilla
- 1 tablespoon half 'n half
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, chopped
