@sloth with the amount of rape related issues in Mexico, why do you find it so implausible that criminals (illegal migrants) would have a strong propensity to rape?
I’m happy that the group benefiting the most by a Trump presidency and a made up statistic is enough for you…
We don’t even know how many illegals are in this country. How could we possibly know 80% of women crossing illegally are raped? 8 out of 10, I’d need to see some serious evidence for such a claim. Assuming their are 6M illegal Mexicans and half are women that’s 2,400,000 women that have been raped crossing the border.
What? You need to show that Mexicans HERE are committing some kind of rape epidemic. I see no evidence. All you do is repeatedly report this figure for women who are raped on their WAY here. Apparently arguing that predators know where to repeatedly prey upon victims. But it has jack all to do with Trump’s efforts to whip up fear of some broad Mexican propensity for raping.
What the heck does it matter? Are you actually arguing that illegals thought they’d come here, do the back breaking manual labor you won’t do, because somehow they though it would be easier pickings when it comes to rape in a nation with better law enforcement? Where is your evidence that an illegal Mexican is more likely to rape our daughters than our own ethnic groups?
Once again, what does any of that have to do with those who ARE HERE being rapists? One more time, your figure (however it was found) would only serve to show that rapists know where to rape vulnerable women, and (who those vulnerable women are) OUTSIDE of the US. It is not evidence of illegal immigrant Mexicans here going on rape rampages…
It does not matter whether they raped on US soil or Mexican soil, a rapist is a rapist. The report itself lists other migrants among other groups to be committing these rapes.
Why does it have to be HERE for it to matter to you?

Again had this conversation
Come in via temporary visas not circumvent country laws.
They are not just doing jobs natives do not want to do. They drive down wages for native born workers too. Illegals drive down wages of the least skilled
Food prep, construction, cleaning and maintenance, personal care etc.
You are supporting a situation that makes the decline of prime age men not working WORSE.
Take a glance at black teen unemployment.
They come from a culture where a rapist can avoid prison if he marries his victim.

Rape in Mexico is prosecuted at the state level, and state laws vary. A review of criminal laws in all 31 Mexican states showed that many states require that if a 12-year-old girl wants to accuse an adult man of statutory rape, she must first prove she is “chaste and pure.” Nineteen of the states require that statutory rape charges be dropped if the rapist agrees to marry his victim. Remember illegal immigrants aren’t vetted like legal immigrants.
Criminals tend to have lower IQs than law abiding population (they already broke a major law). Low IQ people are more prone to violent crime as a whole.
Even if it’s 1% it’s too much, they are not allowed to be here.
4). According to this they have high murder rates, a crime worse than rape.
Did you see the missing women epidemic article I posted above? It’s become so common in Mexico that the outskirts of Mexico City are known as “female dumping ground.”
Now is a Mexican immigrant who applied legally to the US more likely or less likely to have engaged in something like than an unvetted illegal migrant?
