The Next President of the United States: IV

I’m completely confused as to whether racist idiocy is good or bad at this point.

On one hand, we have raj saying that it’s “absolutely disgusting” you would defend Jefferson’s 230-year-old comments because “what was immoral then is immoral today.”

On the other hand, we have raj beating the drum for a Presidential candidate who was crushed twice by the Department of Justice for refusing to rent to black people less than 40 years ago, to say nothing of the other 2,347 things he has said, Tweeted, or whatever’d that are every bit as offensive to blacks, Mexicans, Jews, Muslims, Asians, and women. I haven’t yet seen him call himself “absolutely disgusting” but then again, it’s possible that I missed it somewhere.

Good points. Perhaps he blames Jefferson for not deporting slaves and former slaves forcing us to deal with race relations.

What’s funny is that I didn’t even defend the comments. I put them into context by, you know, reading the rest of the fucking letter…

Does anyone else feel like raj just teleported into this thread from Apartheid-era South Africa?

I take careful note of every post encouraging the unbridled immigration that Bush I restarted…

Maybe I am wrong - no insult intended.
Hey you are 1 of only 3 responders to my NCAA thread - I wouldn’t rag you (until JAN).

Not trying to make a big deal out of this, but she really can’t make it up a single step without help ? I mean, is her shit really that bad ?

Could just be a fat ass and weak VMOs.

Get her on some TKE’s and Step Ups.

That’s moral relativism. Plain ugly. Racism is always wrong

DR. ISLAM

No, it isn’t. Jesus Christ…

If you don’t defend his statements then you concede Thomas Jefferson was a racialist and would never accepted a multiracial society.

If you defend it as a something that isn’t so bad because of the context of the time, then you’re a moral relativist.

Ya, no… I would hold your hand through this, like I usually do, but I’m done with that.

Jefferson got down with black girls all the time! Black people lived in his house!

Can you technically seduce a slave or is that always rape by default?

Putin Has Hot Words For Clinton’s Attempts At ‘Confrontation’

Stung at the hostile tone of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s efforts to cast Russia as America’s greatest enemy, Russian President Vladimir Putin said he won’t let Clinton become a global bully.

“Jeopardizing Russian-American relations in order to gain brownie points internally – I consider this to be harmful and counterproductive,” Putin recently told reporters in Russia in a video.

“It’s not funny anymore. If somebody out there wants confrontation. This is not our choice but this means that there will be problems,” Putin warned.

The point is he lived in a multi racial society. With multiple religions. And people from multiple economic levels.

This is silly tho.

The issue is the Muslim ban. This idea is un-American. A ban on travel from the “conflict zone” or a ban on people without proper paper work would probably be more accepted. And it would probably be called “The Muslim Ban” by almost everybody.

No way bro. The founding fathers believed in white power. Did you know Thomas Jefferson started the KKK!?!?!?!

Seriously, though, was Jefferson a racist? Maybe he was and maybe he wasn’t. Posting a few excerpts from the thousands upon thousands of things Jefferson wrote and said does not prove he’s a racist especially when taken out of context. That’s typical bullshit from our friend here.

This whole tangent is just absurd.

Yeah he intends to implement a travel ban

Jefferson seems to be biased towards the educated. Especially those who know geometry.

Was he saying black people couldn’t be Masons?

Anyway, we know Jefferson didn’t like city-fied bankers. But he was willing to accept them as part of the US.

The “Travel Ban” would have gone over better than the “Muslim ban” It seems way more like common sense, and less like something to get stirred up over.

But he mentioned the Muslim ban early (December) so when he mentioned the travel ban it would come off much more reasonable by comparison
