The Next President of the United States: IV

Oh there “may have been”? What contribution did these alleged Muslims make to the founding culture?

HOW ABOUT THE MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS THAT CAME IN SINCE 1965 THROUGH IMMIGRATION??

Seriously this is the guy I’m apparently losing to.

I think that Raj sees immigrant populations as monolithic structures that grow and crowd out previous populations, not as contributors to a population and culture.

Solid rebuttal of the writing of a Yale graduate with a phd in history.

You really don’t have a clue about American history, do you? I assumed you were just playing dumb in the past, but you honest to god haven’t the slightest clue.

The ones that make up a tiny percentage (1% iirc) of our population?

Ya, it appears that way by his “Bingo…” post. Kind of a weird stance for an immigrant.

You’ve got issues…

That wouldn’t be helpful, as what I asked is a different question.

You keep insisting on the importance of American cultural purity, but you yourself are not American and appear to have little in common with our cultural mainstream.

Well, what are you doing to convert to make sure you don’t dilute our cultural purity?

The growth in Islam and thus mosques in America is a result of immigration pure and simple.
Obama alone imported a million Muslims during his presidency

My gf is voting Trump because of me

Yeah, its like watching an animal get hit by a car. It’s gross, but you just cannot look away. I have managed to just skim the headlines and if there is an interesting article I will read it. But I am not paying attention anymore to the election. I know who I am voting for and why and it’s got nothing to do with his personality.
I have my principles, stubbornly and carefully formed over a lifetime of trying and failing, thinking and reasoning.
I do not fall for the latest fads I stick to the truth.

We cannot vote on character, both are ugly. Simply for me, one proclaims tenets more closely aligned with my own than the other.

As a country, we have got to get off the tit of the superficial lies and trends of mass media and develop solid grounded principles on which we base our opinions.

We have a choice for the future, we can make the next election even more putrid by letting even more outlandish personalities push their chips into the political sphere or we can learn from this one and make damn sure we don’t let this type of circus happen again.

This seems a dubious claim - mainly due to the lack of believability of you having a girlfriend. But I digress.

But stop evading the question - what are you doing to make sure you aren’t diluting our cultural purity? Abandoning anarcho-capitalism as a philosophy (a distinctively un-American political philosophy)?

C’mon, this is super important to you, you can’t stop talking about it. Ok, so what are you, as an immigrant, doing to make sure the American culture is preserved instead of changed?

You mean like Europeans in North and South America, Oceania, or S Africa? Or central Asians into E Europe, or religiously like Muslims dividing the Indian subcontinent or aiming to culturally conquer Europe.

Sure they change and crowd out the culture when in great numbers.

I am totally in your camp.

But what I do hate about the times today is that the PC police would be all over you because the term “oriental” is no longer deemed “appropriate” LOL!

Everyone everywhere needs to just R-E-L-A-X, but that’s never gonna happen.

Apparently, the Founding Father’s “imported” Muslims too. Are you comparing Obama to America’s Founding Father’s?

We are literally talking about 1% of the population. 1 fucking percent…

Pew Research estimated that Muslims made up 0.9% of the population in 2010 and 1.0% of the population in 2015.

Their population has nothing to do with the point made. The growth in mosques is a result of immigration since 1965. The building of mosques is an example of their effect on culture in America…

By the way the founding fathers spent a great deal fighting Muslims too

This is so ridiculous:

I really don’t know what you think your “point” proves. How many more Temples do we have in the U.S. since 1776? How many more churches? As population increases so to will places of worship. The two are correlated.

Lol… I’m well aware of Jefferson’s war against the Barbary nations. I don’t need to read the Wikipedia page on it.

What is 1,000,000 divided by 320,000,000?
