From the stuff I read, I think Trump was telling the broadcast partner to make the donation in exchange for airing it.
He also recently raised $6M for Veterans… Of all the things to criticize the man for it’s now about him helping raise funds for charity.
He’s raising money for women health in an obvious attempt to buy the female vote away from Hillary. He’s using it for political gain just as he did when he had an event to raise money for veterans (after insulting POWs) at the same time one of the debates was on. I don’t care that he does it, but that is what it is.
If he cares about women’s health he’d just donate the mone. Maybe he did, we’ll see when he releases his tax return…

That said, I believe there are rules in the DNC that say if they don’t condone the debate, which they won’t, any candidate involved is disqualified. Can’t find where I read it now.

Everything in politics is about buying votes. We should be applauding when somebody other than another politician receives it, and a charity gets to do something positive with it.
