If you want to find some good techno, the artist I would most suggest is Scott Brown.
Also, Bonkers albums and Clubland X-treme Hardcore (which you know is good, but it does contain more singing than i would like).
And yes, there is a lot of shitty techno out there. But, that is the one that is most played, so techno gets a bad rep.
