Notes: Great day. A few months ago , 235x2x5 reps of squats was pretty difficult, and now I’m getting 3x5 reps and paused, at about the same difficulty. Good stuff. also, I’ve really been cutting down the rest periods, 1 minute mot between the squat sets, and 1:15 between the pause squats.
