The Length of a Progress Report...

So I forgot to post my other workouts!

8/11/10

4 x 8 of Incline DB BP - 50’s

4 x 8 of Leg Press - 500 or something, who knows, its a leg press… 100s only thing that counts.

4 x 8 of Clean and press - 115 killed it

4 x 8 of military press - 65 solid

4 x 8 of seated calf raise - 115

4 x 8 of vertical dumb bell raise - 17.5

3 x 15 of previous exercizes with varying weights. I ran out of time since the gym closed.

I’m at the beach. Friend leaves tomorrow, here by myself tuesday, wednesday, thursday. Any reccomendations on so beach exercizes?

Since I’m at the beach, im working out tomorrow, but im extremely bored since I’m by myself (family). So I decided I’d give myself daily tasks to try and better myself as a person whether that be socially, etc etc. Self improvement needs to happen in my life right now, so I figured why the heck not use this.

If you have any suggestions for a task lemme know.

Task for tomorrow… strike up conversations with 3 random people. People who get paid to make conversation don’t count. One of which has to be a girl… that I find attractive. Minimum requirement has to be two questions remarks etc. I will also contact all three of my suitemates this upcoming year.
