I don’t even care about exact numbers. I’m looking for people with small arms that can curl heavy weight. I mentioned how big my arms were and how much weight I can curl for reps in the other thread and I’d be pretty fucking surprised if people with significantly smaller arms can curl the same amount of weight.

ahhh i get it now. I wasnt aware of the previous thread… reading up on that now.

EDIT: I pretty much never do direct arm work so I have no idea how much I can curl (just pull ups and dips) but after reading that other thread I wanna try some at the gym today and see where i’m at lol.
