Dammit, tweaked my neck doing Rack deads. Good thing I have a full weekend of being dropped on my head! :[

Oh well, otherwise everything is great. Strength is up, I’m getting leaner, and the scale isn’t moving either way.

I got a blood test done earlier this week because I have a paranoid notion that I’m suffering from low Test. We’ll see though, hopefully I’m just being a weirdo…

I wish I could shed some more light on my diet for you guys, but because of my agreement with Skip I can’t. I can say that the idea of cutting 400cals was introduced - Not sure if I want to go that route just yet. Probably wait till the Holidays are over to do that one. I won’t stop till I get HOT ABZ~!

Im interested in how your preform your BB rows? I see alot of weaker guys on T-Nation repping out almost 100 pounds more than you, yet you bench alot more. Is this a very strict movement for you?

Yeah, always. Since my biceps tend to take over on rowing movements, I have to focus more on the contraction of the lats, so it helps to go lighter.

I don’t like to bend over very far, so my upper half stays at about 2 o’clock, if that makes any sense. Then I pull the bar to my stomach and squeeze. Full stretch at the bottom as well.
