haha ye i had a glance through until it turned into a shit storm, but tbh i wasn’t expecting a farewell i just had something to say and i said it.
Progress is pretty good actually, i think a few guys saying i didn’t look like i ever lifted kinda caused my fire to burn and pretty much all my lifts went up, my diet is in check and i’m lifting harder than ever.
Just goes to show what removing a mental block, and gettin some one telling you that u look like shit can do.

I don’t mind paying 5 bucks a glass for superior taste though. Especially considering that Jiffy’s Horse poop costs around 3$ anyways so what’s the difference…
