So I missed yesterday and am trying to cram Lower and Pull in today. I was also supposed to start using my belt today but I almost puked using it on 225 and ditched it after 315.
That 9@495 is the hardest set I have ever done. Not a PR, but being sick etc that shit sucked.
The worst part is I am pretty sure my physique is fading bad so I get to do this soul crushing cut process all over again. I will know for sure how bad it is Wednesday but I havent been eating great.

SUPP FAIL RANT
I used to take Xtend and recently I bought it again out of boredom mostly. After taking it for a week or so I remembered why I stopped taking it in the first place. I always felt like it was impossible to lean out while using it. When I stopped taking it I leaned out over the next few days. This process happened again this time around. Well since getting sick I started taking it again to get some fluids and electrolytes etc in me. Yet again I look softer. Donāt get me wrong I havent been eating great but truthfully my physique didnt look its worst until this morning and yesterdat was day 1 of Xtend and I ate less yesterday than in the prior 3 days BY FAR!
This is also the reason I dont use protein powder (or any supps) late in a cut. Once this sickness passes I am going to give it another go and see what happens.
EDIT: And it isnt the sodium/electrolytes in it as I supplement with ~5000mg potassium and 3000mg Sodium daily and even when I first start that I dont bloat, i do get veiny though. And if it were just my body balancing to the electrolytes it wouldnāt last more than a day or so.

Definition looks fine because it is AM, re-hydration will probably fade me and then I should tighten up later in the day thanks to a really low carb day.
Waist looked much more bloated than 93cm probably thanks to the back fat that is pretty much gone.
Wednesday Thursday Diet and I will evaluate Friday morning. Continue Carb cycling if necessary but most likely potato based for a while.

Little disappointing today. I was hoping for more but I lost focus and developed a headache. Still battling dehydration and/or this cold apparently.
My form wasnāt locked in either. The belt gave me something to think about I hadnt in forever. Right now I basically have 2 cues, Knees out and Active feet. Today I added Belt brace and the first 2 went out the window.
PHYSIQUE is drying out hard. If this progress was linear I would be stage ready come Saturday. I will still do this same diet tomorrow as it is easy back pump day but very likely that will be the end of the cut again.
My Meet Prep and Peak is locked in from the split to the working weights. The video is made so I cant change it now hahaha
The only thing that would make me question this meet prep is if I total 1700 at the Mock Meet in which case I would probably just not bother competing and I would enjoy the next 3 months of PDC to itās fullest (read: beach bumming football watching borracho)

Granted Iām rocking the high and tight so a haircut for me generally lasts under ten minutes, but hell even when I had longer hair iād start getting antsy in the chair after twenty minutes. Extra two hours, hell even a base two hours, and I may well just shave my head! (arguably far more readily an option for me, an ugly white dude, then your lovely lady, but I stand by my point)
As a woman that gets highlights and a trim, my appointments take about 2 hours. An āextraā 2 hours on top of that would lead me to believe @BOTSLAYER 's wife either didnāt like her result and there had to be āre-doā or the stylist had to fix a mistake she made.

She was getting it colored so that should take some time, but this is highly possible. Sofi mentioned she didnāt like it (she never likes her hair until day 2) but didnāt want to be there any longer to change it.

Yea so tweaked delt on 275 with that grip which is pinkies on the ring so still closer than most. #NEEOPE we done with that.
I actually thought it would be easier to keep elbows tucked with a wider grip but that was not the case. I did feel the pecs a bit more but I really dont give a shit about that. Move weight from A to B to A again is all I care about.

Squat 585 was sloppy as fuck. 615 felt lighter than 495 because that was the first set I got psyched for.
Deads something felt off in my hamstring after 495 so I shut it down. It hurt, then it was fine but when I touched it it had a weird electric numb sensation. Very weird but not super new either. Last 2 deadlift workouts my hamstring has felt weird after the last sets. I need to get through this Mock Meet and into the low intensity stuff. I will do some light rehab work and more warmup work going forward. I might not test deads in the Mock Meet
