THis article is a bit off the mark, however, not really thought about it, obviously in the past, people were not so choosy about who they reproduced with. Obviously there was some selection, but not at anything like the level that exists today.
However I reckon this piece is a bit far fetched.

Thats kind of odd considering the male youth of our nation are mirroring teenage girls more and more. There is a blurring line between teenage boys and girls now and its not the girls looking more like boys…which is sad.

This article has some truths, but its mostly just fabrication.
It will be a long time before everyone is the same color, if it ever happends.
People are becoming fatter, not more fit. obesity rates in all cultures increase as wealth increases.
He forgets the fact that ugly people will also reproduce, creating more ugly people. Even ugly guys can have hot women, so therefore mediorce children. Looks are just part of the equation…the ability to provide makes a good mate in most women’s eyes, not looks.

That’s the evolution of the species alright… forgetting how to read.
Of course the point of the article is “How human has evolved 100.000 years into the future”. If we take into account the current level of technological progress and forget all negative traits of human nature, the points precented in the article could not only be valid but a gross underestimation.
Personally I would say that 100k years from today, there does not exist any humans outside alien zoos.

Yea I was thinking the exact same thing.
I think human beings in general are getting weaker, frailer, less fit, yet smarter and more technological in general.
Studies have shown that testosterone levels are in dramatic decline.
I see future humans as peacefull, intellectual people and a far, far cry from the aggressive, violent and athletic people of the 20th century.
And the coffee colored thing I think is bullshit as well. As people become more health conscience of their skin, and skin cancer rates keep rising as they are, i think people in general with stay indoors more and away from the sun, creating a species of light skinned people.

Go to the movies at about 7pm when a teeny bopper movie is playing, such as Employee of the Month. Its ridiculous. 95lb teen boys dressing in wife beaters thinking they are gigantic. Their girls usually have 15-20lbs on them…!
