I mean, him calling you a clown dick and throwing personal insults at you is literally the best case scenario for challenging him on anything.
On the flip side, I did just watch a pretty cool 4 minute video with a deltoid dissection.

now that i think about it… on top of being wrong, his argument of referring to delts with their “dissected names” is so freaking stupid. why would you even do that, are you training a corpse?
next time i get invited to someone’s place and they have an aquarium in their living room, i will point at it and say, “wow, you got some really beautiful living swimming chunks of sashimi!”

of course, he didn’t actually confute my points. he just said i’m not smart enough to understand anatomy, but didn’t say anything in response in merit of what i said.
and he keeps inviting me over to a platform where we could “discuss” this privately so to deflect attention away from the thread. surely, if we talk about this where nobody else can read us, nobody can read his stupid points and see for themselves that he’s wrong, right?
but i’m not wasting any more time with him. it doesn’t affect me in any way whether he thinks i’m right, wrong, smart, stupid, or a clown dick.

I tried being respectful the one time I popped into his sub forum, as I fully understand the guy is trying to make a name for himself ($) online. Very often those are the people who initially think entertaining the thoughts of others who have differing viewpoints would make them look good, only to end up regretting it and handling it in a childish manner (case in point).
Believe me, there are plenty of other coaches I disagree with but still respect… but when you cherry pick things you read online, and lie about how everyone is doing things your way, and it’s easy disproven in this age of instant media,… well, either agree to disagree or let it go. The alternative is looking like a clown imo.

I guess N1 is a course he took in biomechanics from some guy who is not particularly impressive looking, but may be. He gave a long testimonial for them on their webpage, at some training camp with…a bunch of personal trainers or something. I really can’t find anything else out about N1 education at first glance, but this is obviously where his new obsession with biomechanics - which has all been good advice - comes from. On their website they refer to ‘medial felts [sic]’ with some other grammatical errors sprinkled in.
It’s not about talking about this where nobody else can read it, it’s that people posted a bunch of legitimate articles refuting his point, and he needs the guys who he just took a training course with to help him out, so he’s inviting you to their instagram page to even the odds. Just disengage, dude.
