The Flame-Free Confession Thread II

I was surprised by that too. I passed that mark at the age of 9 or 10 I believe.

Those thoughts will stop when you stop associating weight gain with something negative.

Do you feel like a sense of perspective over a hobby might have been lost somewhere?

I’m so… So tempted to post this in that thread.

“Guys, just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not after you!”.

is subjective. Smaller isnt always better. Nothing to say that you couldn’t look better with a higher number on the scale.

Well it was fun while it lasted. A thread for the archives.

I never really watched awards shows is any kind anyway, but now I avoid them. I get holiday if my TV was left on and they’re on when no one is in the room. I don’t want to help their ratings.

I view them as a bunch of rich people getting together to celebrate how awesome they are. It also sickens me when they want to get all political.

The number one rule of internet marketing is to find a target audience that is desperate. Millions of ebooks have been sold to “cure” some sort of ailment. Same applies here. Desperate people do desperate things.

Recent cat threads have made me wonder if this is the effect of Physios input, a bunch of dudes with elevated E2.

i started typing so many different answers to that thread, but deleted each one. I don’t want to be mean on the 1% chance thats a real person who is really that emotionally unstable.

Yea, his opening monologue

I thought that was brilliant. The whole thing. Seeing Tom Hanks absolutely destroy his tuxedo pants as it just kept getting more brutal was priceless.

Ricky Gervais is brilliant.

He plugged his show Afterlife in his speeches. Well worth a watch. :+1:

I personally like how he compliments Tim Cook and the camera pans to him, then he drops the sweat shop comment.
