It was actually just a pun.

Ssshhhhh, Chris will hear you.

Don’t forget the sex and the male animal forum.

Google’s algorithm needs some tweaking. They should know I’m a teen girl by now and not send me shit like this14%20AM

Confession:I’ve actually seen an eggplant that looks like that at the wet market not too long ago. I finally connected the dots

None of these squiggly things are for to be with a words.

I held 500lbs in my hands for the first time today. Went smooth enough that I decided to try and use all the 45lb plates at my disposal and completed a 540lb lift.

My confession is that it was during the simulation of the Dinnie deadlift, which with my setup, requires probably 5" ROM.

If Owen Hubbard can set a WR in bench, your ROM for that lift is more than adequate.

I’m off to college tomorrow and I confess I’m actually not feeling anything.

I wonder how much I could 5" rack pull. Would be nice to get over 200kg off the ground for once.

I’d do anything for a 200kg pull

Would you gain 20lbs to do so?

I am going to a powerlifting workshop on Saturday and I am a mix of excited but also nervous. Weird ?

Depends. I went to one and was nervous as hell having Coan watching me squat . Needless to say I felt like a pussy! Will there be high level guys doing the workshop?

Not really sure, I’m doing it because it is at the gym that I am going to do my first novice comp at in October. I’ve lifted online for a long time and the only people that really see my lifts are you guys when o throw up a video. Having someone critique me in person will be new.!

But well worth your time. Having someone knowledgeable looking at your form in person is way more productive.

Yes that’s exactly what I thought. Figured spending time with like minded people may also be motivating also.

Maybe… I’d still be at a nearly 4.5x bodyweight deadlift. I could live with that

Not a workshop, but I went to a 3 hour Bill Kazmaier seminar.

I was the ONLY person that took notes. Blew my mind. It was like 3 hours of gold and homies are just sitting there. I still go back and look at what I wrote. Highly recommend doing the same if there is a sit down portion, but even if not, once you get cues and tips, write/record them somewhere.

Think Bill is coming down here soon and doing a bunch of seminars. I can’t believe that people would go to a seminar and not make notes. That is either dumb or lazy.
