The Flame-Free Confession Thread II

Same. But I also don’t feel the effects of the caffeine too.

No. That was my point. System broken.

There is a british “celebrity” called Katy Hopkins. She is VERY anti fat people. She called them all lazy and told news papers she’d never hire a person that was very over weight. The “love your self” army was enraged. And told her it was easier to stay thin than get thin. So she added 50lb, and lost 50lb in a matter of months. To prove it was “that” not hard. She kept no special diet, done nothing you would consider “out of reach” for most people. She did however have a break down half way through. And my confession is: I don’t care.
I dislike the woman. I’m not normally so spite full. But she can be a real prick.
I’m also very impressed and think she did a service with TV documentary. Losing weight if you are not trying to preserve muscle mass is easy.

@The_Myth this atrocity right here

Dudes CAN be aroused without having an erection. Depends on the guy.

That’s why I only drink caffeine when I workout, don’t want to build a tolerance.

For every dude who gets aroused without an erection, another dude gets an NRB (no reason boner). The universe remains in balance

I think you’re conflating “desire” and “arousal.” Men can feel desire without experiencing arousal.

But even assuming you’re correct, I would find it unlikely for several reasons. He’s chronically depressed, and his relationships since we separated have lasted only weeks, with some problem with the woman and her attractiveness to him generally the stated issue. He has low T, and has had for years (diagnosed by yours truly after reading extensively right here and subsequently confirmed by doctor) so my point was that the “looking at a nice car” analogy rings true for me based on my personal experience.

I feel some degree of this after vacations and holidays. I love the splurges, but I’m always relieved to get back to my regular diet after even a few days of rich and/or junky foods and increased alcohol consumption. I can’t imagine eating that way all the time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza and booze last night, but I regretted it this morning.

Impossible. According to Locke, the sleep between the two events broke the continuity of consciousness, meaning the person that ate the pizza is not the same person who woke up in the morning.

This is why, if you sleep right after eating, you don’t gain weight.

The person who wakes up in the same bed you went to sleep in simply wakes up heavier than you.

So I’m sitting at the restaurant, waiting for my pizza. And something deep inside of me, is already telling me that I won’t be full after it. I need to convince myself that the pizza is going to be enough to satiate me. Lol

This is messed up.

Edit: I’m hungrier than before. I need to find food. That pizza was awful

You’d be perfect for strongman!

The bloat after a binge gives me a pseudo power belly and always leads to my best workouts

The ratio is probably more of a 1:3

Am I the only girly who would prefer a guy who’s not aroused and doesn’t have a boner?

I heard bellies were good for bench leverages

Probably more 5:3:1

Statistically you’re unlikely to be “the only one.” Still, that’s weird.

This reminds me of this

Is 5/3/1 some sort of cult in lifting circles?
