Respectfully disagree, but I have an undergrad and three grad degrees, so I am probably not objective.
Don’t mean to call you out, but, do you have a degree? It might help me understand where you are coming from. I gather you are smart as fuck and work really hard. My brother is looking to invest in Oregon, think the two of you might hit it off.
Humbly disagree but recognize I am a part of education. I think learning for learning sake is valid, but not necessary to make a living. I think it helps us be enlightened. To get a four year degree you have to take Liberal Arts classes that round you out, make you more tolerant and give you more experience.
So riddle me this. You’re 28 and I know you are kicking ass. Do you have a degree? If so, is it in Construction Management?

So you can GC a project. Do you have accounting? Finance? Can you run a business? Do you have marketing experience? Marketing training? Can you write a pro forma statement. Do you have a line of credit? An LLC? A lawyer?
