Beautiful. May I suggest grilled, then topped with dill mustard?[/quote]

SteelyD. I’m always looking out for a recipe for trout. At the camp I go to my buddie usually cooks the tried and true rainbow wrapped in tinfoil with garlic, onion. Good, but you know…meh.

This dill mustard sounds delicious. Mustard on fish would never occur to me. Do you chop up the dill fresh? Do you have a slam dunk recipe for rainbow I could steal of you please and thankyou.

Never tried that! I usually stick with lemon pepper. I frequent a restaraunt in IL where they serve pretzel crusted trout- it’s really good, although I’m not a good enough cook to replicate.

this is from a trip up in New Zealand… all maxed out on qoutas (90 fish) in 2 hours… dont worry about a bicep day after that…

caught last week while on spring break, 35 lb Opalousis or flathead catfish. on a trotline using live perch.

another shot of him. got about 20 lbs of very good meat, very clean tasting, great grilled, baked or fried.

yum, Id love to be eating catfish right now. WAAAYY to much flooding to go out on the rivers right now though.

Nice pics

Ice fishing anyone?

Nothing beats it.

These are some catfish I caught with my granddad in the TN river about a week ago. We caught them using skipjack for cut bait.

These are some catfish my papaw caught about 8 or 9 yrs ago in the TN river.

This is a King Mackerel I caught trolling off the beach in gulf shores when i was about 20.

This is a smallmouth I caught in the current river when i was about 13.

My little girls first fish

A nice crappie out of my granddads pond.

I caught this bass basically out of a ditch on the side of a small highway on the way home from the gym one night.

This is a good friend of mine with a nice speckled sea trout we caught in Gulf Shores. He’s caught three gator trout the last few years over 8 lbs.

Last one. This is a smallmouth I caught last summer in the Buffalo river in middle tennessee. Its not huge but its a pretty nice fish for such a small river.

MAN!! I thought it said FISTING. I’m outta here.

Just kidding.

Crazy fishing story!! Totally not BS, waiting on the pictures. Fishing a small pond today, buddy lands a 2-3lb large mouth, nice fish. He lips it, I’m watching when out of no where 2 fish jump out of the water into the boat, one landed under my seat and I got it (picture tomorrow) the other skidded off the trolling motor back in the drink. I’m not gonna lie, it scared the shit out me, I literally thought it was a gator, even though there are no gators in Missouri.
Also caught a couple 5lbers today, man do I love that freaking pond.

Here is the fish that jumped in the boat.
