The point to my question is if a boy is on puberty blockers for all his life and had no surgery…does he ever become a man
I would suppose that it depends on how effective the puberty blockers were.
What is a man?
Assuming that’s even possible, I don’t think so. At least not entirely anyway. Hormones aren’t everything, but they obviously play a key role, especially during puberty, in transitioning a boy into manhood and I don’t see how you can become something while a key part of the process is being stopped.
You can mature intellectually and emotionally and perhaps that’s enough, but I don’t think so.
How many transgenders reflect that?
I really meant people in general, but I have no idea what percentage of transgender individuals mature intellectually and/or emotionally. I don’t spend a lot of times analyzing individuals I think need serious help.
They’re effective enough to create de facto eunuchs
No one would ever allow this because you’d wind up with osteoporosis amongst other issues
But in thoery it could be done
