If you’re doing the azura star mission, if you choose to bring the star to azura instead of nelacar at the end of the quest you get the “elven azura shrine tender mage person” as a companion. She is quite good IMO[/quote]

But is she good enough to justify not turning azuras star into the Black star? It’s so much better than azura’s star.

Today i lost 1 hour of my life for nothing, went to quest about stealing documents from Thalmor’s embassy and you are supposed to smuggle some equips inside with a guy named Malborne, i accidently hit “ok” before sending the equips and i spent 1 hour running from enemies trying to get the documents just to finally get that i would need to kill them =(

LOL, I remember that quest.
I gave the guy my ax to smugly in, that’s it.
I ran around the complex for awhile trying to corner one guy so I could kill him and take all his stuff. Finally got a guards uniform and shield and stumbled my way through the rest of it.
In hindsight it is funny as hell the first time through.

Well from what i understand neither the black star or the regular star are better, just different. Yes it is true that all black souls (those of humanoids) are grand souls, i have also read that as you progress into the game, although i’m not sure if this is true or not, the amount of enemies you are killing that would fill a grand soul gem increases. Also, i suppose you could just kill a mammoth no? Either way, i find the start to be a really helpful item.
