The DREAMERS

The Obama administration has directed law enforcement and immigration officials to release illegal aliens without charge if they say they went to high school in the U.S. or have a GED.

Chris Crane, president of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council:
"Officers have been told that there is no burden for the alien to prove anything, Even with the greatly relaxed policies, the alien is not required to prove that they meet any of the new criteria.

Our orders are, if an alien says they went to highschool then let them go. As an example, the incident in El Paso that we released publically last week: an alien was arrested by local police and placed in jail on two charges. Charge 1: assault with bodily injury to a family member and charge 2: interfering with that person’s attempts to call for assistance. When ICE later arrested the individual for immigration violations he attempted to escape, another criminal offence.

One agent was injured during the incident claiming the injuries were intentionally inflicted by the escapee, another criminal offence of course assaulting a federal agent…without any questioning, without any investigation the alien was released as a DREAMER - no criminal charges, no immigration charges, no nothing: he’s a DREAMER, release him."

So he comes to the country illegally, he’s arrested for beating his wife and preventing her calling for assisance and then he escapes from custody and assaults a federal agent…but he’s a DREAMER. And you can’t prosecute a DREAMER so off he goes. Isn’t that nice?

Links please.

Immigrants don’t have to prove they meet DREAM Act criteria to avoid charges, ICE union chief says:

Well the quotes are from the union president for the ICE agents and since they are unionized this all must be lies.

Because all of us union members are nothing but lying scum… right?

I never said anything remotely like that. I have/had family in both public and private sector unions going way back.

What I will say is that many unions in the U.S. and the Democratic Party itself have a history of corruption and links with organised crime - Tammany Hall, the Kennedys etc. And it’s also true today that much of the leadership of some of the big unions in the U.S. are radical leftists - SEIU etc.

I joined a union when I worked in construction. Technically I wasn’t required to join but they gave me to understand I wouldn’t get any work if I didn’t. In the old days they’d just bash you senseless. Also, the construction union that I didn’t have to join has a leadership of radicals who spent my fees on all sorts of batshit and leftist propaganda.

There must be something wrong with me that I don’t like being forced to join a union and then have them spend my fees on electing Commies to the federal government:

Yep because all unions are such horrible things, and all of us that are members are just horrible people…

aren’t we?

Even though I have a fully functioning brain and cast my votes for who I please.

Yes, keep putting words in my mouth. Whatever you say I’m saying is what I’m saying regardless of what I said or didn’t say. Sure, whatever.

Unions actually used to serve a legitimate purpose. Ya know, workers’ rights, minimum wage, collective bargaining, etc. Now most of them are a bunch of Marxist nut jobs.

They are, but in a good way. It’s like a bunch of you guys never took a history class in college, never learned the human cost during the industrial revolution. If there isn’t something in place to give the laborer a voice, he is usually exploited. We learned this a long time ago, we got tired of seeing our children mangled by machines, we got tired of people having to work 18+ hour days as a bare minimum to even hold a job that paid just enough to sustain a person, let alone a family.

We can look at the country and see it for what it is and realize we are being swindled little by little by both parties by buying into this left and right hegemony. Big government gives two shits about you and me, and same goes for big corp and big pharma. If it means they can squeeze a few extra pennies out of some child in bangladesh, so be it, that is the mentality. There isn’t anything looking out for the common man anymore, just a bunch of people giving us lip service pretending to care about us called republican and democrat politicians.

I was waiting for someone to mention transparency during the chic fil a ordeal. Instead of being happy that Chic fil a CEO opened up and showed us his true colors allowing us to make a choice based on his political and religious leanings, he gets crucified by some douche nozzle in Boston, squandering the opportunity to use his political affiliation in a positive way and letting the people make the decision.

More and more we are taken out of the loop. Hope some of you can see it, both Dems and Repubs are taking you for a ride.

Wait…

You have a problem with that?

Pray tell, why would you?

Well I took those classes.

Took me years to undo the damage.

And no, “we” did not get tired of all of this shit, “we” got more productive so competition between companies for qualified labor increased wages.

And fast too because around 1800 95% of all people lived in conditions that we would now call absolute poverty.

Never mind that those children mangled by whatever were usually found in government programs, that you would have a hard time exploiting anyone who can leave at any time he chooses and that people rushed the cities so as to no longer have to work for wealthy land owners who indeed did have a territorial monopoly when it came to providing jobs.

We wished ourselves into a better existence, the utter ignorance.
