Hahaha. Yes.

http://collider.com/dark-knight-rises-pittsburgh-casting-call/94902/

Casting calls for Pittsberg, If you live in that area and are a BB i would def go to the casting call. Im sure you could get some screen time because they are looking for people to play hardened crimal. And nothing says a BADASS criminal like a buff criminal.

My plot prediction:

In line with the comics, in his first act, Bane will “break” Batman. With Gotham hero-less, desperation will call for a new “hero,” who may not be so incorruptible as Batman…catwoman anyone??? Of course Bruce Wayne will heal up and all, having to deal with the extra mess when he dawns the mask again.

Any takers?

With anyone but Nolan. I doubt it’s going to end JLU style - “the adventure continues.”

The Bat comes back, definitely.

I’m putting money (have a cash bet with a buddy) down on the Lazarus Pit pushing the boundaries of the “reality” of the Begins-verse.

If everyone survives - Alfred, both Wayne and the Batman persona he created, I will be shocked.

It’s the end of a very powerful trilogy of stories - it’s the end of this iteration of Batman.

There are more worlds than this, but this one is unique.

I say the Bat falls.

Bitches.

Well, that would be a way to make this truly exceptional with respect to all other superhero films ever made! I personally would not like to see the Bat fall permanently; however, I could see such a storyline being epic.

Batman will be a tragic hero that is a FACT.

I think they end it with a very cliche ending where batman is fully established batcave etc…

Catwoman won’t be Gotham’s new hero…
She won’t be any kind of hero at all.

She might join forces with Batman in the end, but I think she’ll be closer to what Frank Miller originally wrote in ‘Year One’.

And judging by Bane’s pic he looks more like an ‘inmate’, definitely not Talia’s love interest, but maybe one of her soldiers/pawns…

As a Batman fan I’m actually concerned about this movie being based on the Knightfall storyline. The story got quite involved. Batman had his back broken after fighting Bane, Azrael steps in, takes over for Bruce, and beats Bane. Then Azrael gets corrupt and Batman ends up fighting him at the end. In between you have Nightwing pissed at Bruce for overlooking him for Azrael, and Dick Grayson has not been introduced yet, let alone an adult Dick Grayson.

Additionally as part of that story, Bruce admits that he basically got kind of soft which is why Bane beat him and at the end of the story he goes back to train with that one female martial artist that did some work with the League of Assassins (aka Shadows). At this point in Nolan’s Batman, he hasn’t even peaked yet.

I think theres too much to cram into this movie even if it becomes a 3 1/2 hour long film after edits. It reminds me of Spiderman 3 and all the detail they crammed into that movie. If they want to do Knightfall justice there needs to be a 4th movie. The next movie being Knightfall and the 4th being Dark Knight Rise.

Nope. But introducing Bane and Catwoman… you’re naturally going in that direction. That was how Bane gained notoriety as a villian by breaking Batman’s back; most if not all Batman fans assoicate Bane with that storyline.

Teaser is shown during Green Lantern

And it’s fake
