The Dallas Cowboys or Any NFL Team

What kind of shit is this “Nuff said”? One d-coordinator from the Eagles (how many coordinators do they have?) says this and it’s undisputed truth? Oh that’s right, no one ever embellishes in the NFL to either puff themselves up or defend their poor play. He’s a good back, but I think you may be blowing this out of proportion a bit.

My pick? Browns baby! Worthlessburger is going to go down this year in September and they won’t have enough time to recover once he comes back.

In reality, it will probably be New England/Indy again from the AFC. The NFC is a crap-shoot again. Dallas may have the most talent, but they will also have the most drama. TO is due for a big melt-down since he’s off the incentive deal now and PacMan isn’t going to help things either-he’s a roving indictment.

To the guy saying Jason Whitten is not the top gun, then who is?
He is the best tight end.
Also Im really optimistic about the Boys this, but man I do not want to be let down like last year.
Cowboys will run through the NFC like a five finger whore, no doubt about it. The only questionable’s are the circus like atmosphere and maybe some disharmony in the locker room.
Is Wade Phillips personality strong enough to lead this team?

You didn’t just quote TO, did you.

Really, as heartbreaking as it was for me, last year was one of the most exciting playoffs I can remember. Between the Cowboys, Packers, Giants, Colts, Chargers, and Pats, any one of them could have realistically won the Superbowl.

It’s hard for me to make any kind of predictions. In my opinion, any of the top ten or so teams in the NFL could be the champs. It’s almost like there’s parity at the top of the league. My gut tells me time is running out for the Colts. Plus Jacksonville could really challenge them in that division. The Pats gotta be heading back down soon, too. They’ve been pretty lucky with injuries in their run, but they are getting old all over. Plus they have that Superbowl hangover to deal with.

It should be an exciting season. Well…it always is.

The Browns are pulling people off the street to play corner for them. How are they going to stop Ward, Holmes, Miller, and Sweed?[/quote]

and spaeth…and washington…and mendenhall catching passes out of the backfield…

go stillers

mendenall…lmao is his hamstring better yet? Also T.O. if no one had eyes ears or espn has just singed a 4 yr deal with dallas and will make 13 mil this season. Yea no problems there.

When one of the better defensive coordinators says a running back is the hardest running back to take down you have to take him seriously.

Who is a fan to judge a player? Unless they interact with him train with him etc their opinion is worthless and when you have a coach say that believe it.

Riiiight. I’m supposed to take the word of the same coaches that put half their roster on the injury report every week.

I didn’t need that video to turn into the equivalent of your Rush for Pres tank top picture. I didn’t want it popping up all over the place and being the only image people have of me.

Coaches spew shit out of their asses all year long. If you don’t believe me, watch some press conferences where they get asked about their upcoming game with the last-place opponent where they talk about how dangerous they are at every position. I don’t know in what context the Eagles DC said that about Marion, so I can’t really say, but to take a coach’s opinion as gospel just because he’s a coach is ludicrous. Have you ever heard of Jerry Glanville? Buddy Ryan? Jim Mora?

Yup. They say that because they want to motivate their team and not give the other team bulletin board material.

Dallas will own plain and simple. Get over it. All haters are just that, haters.

If dallas doesnt make it to the nfc championship this year I will be dissapointed. I doubt they will lose more than 3 games.

The teams returning 13 pro bowlers and just added talent everywhere. Special teams will be improved the offense will be improved the defense will be improved.

How many cowboys fans are on tnation? That’s what I want to know. I’m a diehard I bleed silver and blue.

and how many playoff games did they win last year? LOL.

Look, Dallas is a good team, and I’m a 'Skins fan. But, I can admit when my team sucks.
Cowboy fans, never can admit that their team just doesn’t have “it” yet.

I can tell you now pig face dress wearer that my team does have it your team doesn’t have anything.

Your team tried to ride the emotional high of a teammate that was murdered to make it into the playoffs and then lose first rd as well.

What will you do this year? Who did your team return? Who will be your qb? Your team is less than average at best. Dallas does have the it facter and “it” will be obvious when we own next year.

I’m a diehard cowboys fan and an NFL fan. I know when teams look like they’re about to take it to the next level in the afc thats the jags. In the nfc It’s dallas last year was the beginning of something great a dynasty here in Dallas if you read the paper or watch espn Dallas is set for years with impact players.

Remember when Lou Holtz was coaching Notre Dame in their hey-day? Quivering in fear that the winless Navy Middies would beat the #1 Irish for the first time in 35 years?

To Jehova witness all the ingredients are there for the Cowboys to run through the NFC. They are the most complete team in the NFC. We have the “IT” in Dallas.
Besides the Packers and Vikings, but both lack a solid QB. Packs have a stellar D and the Vikes have a beast at RB.

Also witness if Skins had Romo in a Skins Uni, would you not automatically raise your team to a top ten? But then again the games still have to be played and I cannot wait for Boys @ Packs…

It’s funny that Dallas fans think they are going to the Super Bowl when they have yet to prove themselves in the playoffs.

They remind me of the Chargers the year before last. Had tons of pro bowl players and were one and done in the playoffs. Having a lot of pro bowl players doesn’t make a team good, team chemistry does. I agree the Cowboys will probably make the playoffs again but after that who knows.

On the other hand, i think the AFC is a four horse race between Indy, Jax, Pats, and Chargers.

Obviously being a huge Charger fan i think this could be their year depending on how Phillip Rivers recovers from his ACL tear. Most people don’t like him for showing his emotion on his sleeve and talking smack, but i think it’s great. A lot of players talk smack, why can’t a quarterback?

Anyways, if the Chargers keep their star players injury free come playoff time i think they have a great chance of going all the way. They proved they can beat Indy(Cromartie has Manning’s number!) and came close to the Pats.

I would love to see a Chargers vs. Cowboys superbowl.

Hell yea thats my prediction chargers cowboys in the super bowl with the cowboys winning. Go Cowboys
