Tried this over my lunch break, been out of pocket a while taking care of my wife and baby.
26-9-22 for a score of 57
Nice! Solid #'s dude
Ya, good score! I’ll give this a shot on my bench day at the end of the week.
Lol, at what my score will be though…
Probably should have added BW in that post about score. Weighed 208, the handful of 2.5’s were nowhere to be found so I went with 205 on bench.
I actually think doing so many pushups to pass the time while I was at the hospital really helped with this challenge. Now if I could just work on my pullup strength.

What’d you get gregron? I need something to shoot for.
Was thinking about trying this at the end of my upper workout today as a finisher. Fresh I can hit the bench for 20-ish, pullups for low 30’s and dips around 50, but I imagine I’ll lose at least a third from fatigue. I’ll post back with results.

I got 59 after my chest workout wich included 305x8 as my top set and then twoax rep sets of 225 where I got 18 and 14 reps. Then at my 215 I only got 20
All reps were clean though. No “NFL Combine half rep bouncers” or kipping 3/4 pull ups or 1/4 dips. Reps were legit.
I’m not sure what I can get fresh but I’ll be trying it again in 2 more weeks. We are doing it as a once a month gauge of progress type of deal

Oh my upper body was a lot fresher than yours then when I did this; I just did them after my squat volume. Appparently I’m also 25lbs lighter than you, which is depressing…
A measly 190lb bodyweight (I am leanish tho for once)
Bench - 28
Pullups - 20
Dips - 34
82
You know what is really cool about this, I have a bigger pump in my chest and arms just from that than I’ve gotten in a long ass time from workouts that took 10x as long lol.

I always pictured you being much heavier than that. Nice job!

Those are some pretty impressive numbers y’all. I also thought Fry was heavier than 190. I completely pussed out 'cause I didn’t want to come back and post shitty numbers up here after I did upper…will get done, and at least now I have something to shoot for.

Yeah I picture myself heavier than that too…
It’s because I’m top heavy. A lot of guys who see me at the gym think I’m 220 at first, but then I have to explain to them that I have little chickenshit legs. For guys like me and Johnny Bravo the struggle is real.

Anyway, Ecchastang, when are you doing it? You should obliterate this one.
Probably tomorrow night after my main bench workout.

We need to get videos of these. Especially since it’s doesn’t take much time at all
I thought about videoing it, but I was too lazy to get each place set up with something that could hold my phone at the right angle to self film beforehand. I may do it again with video though just to keep us honest with our reps.
I did it after doing my 5+ set on bench at 305x6, and granted I hadn’t done a bench set over 8 in a few months, but I just died on the dips. My triceps literally locked up. Strangely, about 6 minutes afterwards, I hit 20 dips no problem, but I couldn’t believe how pumped I was after bench and pullups. But I measured my arms after getting home, and hit my biggest measurements ever, 15 3/8 left, and 15 1/4 right.
Holy hell… Yall are giving me a few feelings of inadequacy right now haha. My shoulders still haven’t totally recovered after dive-bombing those last few reps of dips trying to get as much as I could out of the bounce. I really really need to get my pullups up. I am losing ground on yall big time there. I think part of my problem is that I do them so slow because I have to concentrate to keep a natural kip from occurring.
Missed this. I like it. How many was that by the way?
I think it was 52 or 53, but I forgot the squat a couple of times so like 50 (I didn’t recount though). The soreness in my quads is finally starting to go away…
