Which can also ring true before the injury. We condition ourselves to train hard so much that it gets to the point where the discipline to end a set early sometimes feels more difficult than it ever was to train hard in the first place. It’s a level of gym maturity I still need to work on.

Our bodies are definitely resilient… funny enough it’s usually something so silly that causes an injury
