The Beginners Log

Well im starting over again.
30 years old, 5’8, 119.6 lbs as of this morning, not a hardgainer but an undereater. First workout was last week after being sick for about 3 weeks. Will be doing A/B/A for about 3 months.

Workout A.

Squats ATG 5x6
reverse military press 5x6
Deadlifts, not sure yet
rows 5x6
shugs 5x6

Workout B.

BenchPress 5x6
Decline CG 3x8
Preacher curls 5x6
Skull crushers 5x6

Last week didnt feel fully recoverd but here are numbers

Workout B.

BenchPress 5x6 - 135
Decline CG 3x8 - 115
Preacher curls 5x6 - 65
Skull crushers 3x6 - 65 last set only got 3 reps

Going to be focusing on my legs more since my numbers are so weak there, well in general im weak but they need more attention, will post workout A numbers today after I train, havent squated, or deadlifted in about 4 weeks so im gonna be sore tomorrow, also I’ll post my weight every monday and I’ll post befor and after pictures once I have some after pictures.

Man, you are skinny. Would like to see you gain weight. Take some pictures now. You don’t have to post them, but post them when you gain at least 40 pounds.

Yea im realy skinny, already took some will post em when I get some results.

Yesterdays workout A

Squats 5x6 115lbs last set cramped up.
reverse military press 5x6 65lbs, jumped to 75lbs 3rd set then back down to 65lbs
rows 5x6 45lbs
shugs 5x6 45lbs
gonna have to start using the bar since I dont have dumbells, so I was just using the plates.
I’ll wait a week to add in deadlifts, my legs just hurt stepping off a sidewalk, Tomorrows bench day yay
